A look to the past, a look to the future: AGM 2019
It was great to see so many people come along to the NHS East and North Hertfordshire CCG annual general meeting (AGM) in Stevenage on the 19th September.
The interactive AGM provided an opportunity to find out about the progress and achievements over the last year at the CCG and how the funding available is used. Chief Executive Beverley Flowers summarised the year in which the CCG was rated an 'outstanding' clinical commissioning group for the third year running - one of only nine in the country to achieve this.
A marketplace format also introduced AGM guests to interactive stalls promoting local groups and health initiatives, presentations, question and answer sessions, and workshops focussing on some of the important health and wellbeing issues in our communities including nutrition, pharmacies, and CCG campaign Cancel Out Cancer.
If you were unable to make it to the AGM this year, we hope that you will be able to join us in 2020.
