New large-scale COVID-19 vaccination centre opens in Welwyn Garden City

Hertfordshire residents aged 70 and over are amongst those being invited to book a COVID-19 vaccination at a new large-scale vaccination centre in Welwyn Garden City which opened today (Thursday 4 February).

Community pharmacies added to vaccination sites up and running in Hertfordshire

All Hertfordshire residents who are currently eligible to have a COVID-19 vaccination can now access a local vaccination site.

New QEII Urgent Care Centre temporarily closed between 10pm and 8am

From today onwards (Monday 11 January), the New QEII Hospital Urgent Care Centre for minor illnesses and injuries in Welwyn Garden City will close its doors to new patients at 10pm every day. It will re-open at 8am every morning.
