Primary Care Commissioning Committee
Note to representatives of the press and members of the public
Members of the public are reminded that Primary Care Commissioning Committee meetings are meetings held in public, not public meetings. However, the Committee provides members of the public at the end of each meeting the opportunity to ask questions that relate to the agenda items. The Chair will not normally allow more than one question per person due to time constraints. The time given over to questions will need to be limited in order for the Committee to cover their agenda fully within the given time.
Members of the public are urged, if possible, to give notice of their questions at least 48 hours before the beginning of the meeting in order that a full answer can be provided; if notice is not given, an answer will be provided whenever possible but the relevant information may not be available at the meeting. If such information is not available, the CCG will provide a written answer to the question as soon as is practicable after the meeting.
The Secretary can be contacted by email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) or by post at: Primary Care Commissioning Committee Secretary, NHS East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, Charter House, Parkway, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6JL.
